Rental Rates and Restrictions

$150/day -- 3 day minimum                                                                                                   $100/day -- 3 day minimum 

$900/week                                                                                                                          $500/week       $1300/month

• $250 Security Deposit (will be returned to you within 2 weeks of check out assuming condo is in same condition as when you arrived)
• $50 Cleaning Fee (Regardless of the length of stay)
• 14.5% Tax will be charged on all short term rentals
• (This tax increase is effective date is 7/1/09 unless the rental is paid in full prior to 7/1/09)
• Rentals Agreement is required.
• No rentals to single individuals under age 25.
• No pets!  No smoking!

These rates include everything except your personal belongings. 

• Bedding and towels
• Cable TV
• Washer and dryer
• Heat and air conditioning

We require a $250 deposit to hold your reservation.   Full payment must be made prior to your arrival unless you are renting for more than one month.  We accept credit cards through Paypal (our preferred method of payment. )  We also accept cashiers or personal checks for the exact amount only.  Cashiers and personal checks must be received by us at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
